Improved daily living funding can be used for a range of supports that help build your skills and independence. This includes early childhood supports for children under 7, such as key worker services, therapy services for participants aged 7 and over to help with functional improvement, hearing supports not covered by Medicare, nursing care and specialised driver training support.

Life Transition Planning in an NDIS plan is support that helps you prepare for major life changes, such as starting work, leaving school or moving out for the first time. It can include one-on-one mentoring, peer support and skill dev to help you be more independent, reach your goals and take part in your community.
